💰 破壞/遺失加收費用

為維護下一位房客權益,若發生以下狀況將依實際費用收取:

  • 室內吸菸:清潔除味費
  • 物品破損/設備損壞:依維修或更換報價
  • 床品/沙發嚴重汙損:清洗或更換費
  • 鑰匙/門卡遺失:補發費
  • 未依規定退房/超時:按時段收費

Check-in Guide

Please read the following information carefully to ensure a safe and comfortable stay

Essential Reading (1 Minute)

  • No smoking indoors (including balcony and near windows). A cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
  • Please separate trash and recycling (location indicated below)
  • Please keep noise to a minimum late at night to avoid disturbing neighbors
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM (Please be punctual)
  • In case of emergency, evacuate first, then contact us

🛡️ House Safety Information (Important)

🔥 Fire / Gas / Unusual Smell

If you smell gas or any unusual odor:
  • Open windows immediately for ventilation
  • Do NOT turn on lights or plug/unplug devices
  • Turn off the main gas valve
  • Leave the house to a safe location
  • Contact us for assistance

Strictly prohibited indoors: Open flames, candles, fireworks, charcoal, or fire cooking

Electrical Safety

  • Please do not use high-power appliances (heaters, induction cookers, etc.) on the same extension cord

  • Always lock the door when leaving. Guests are responsible for their own valuables
  • Do not allow unknown persons to follow you into the house or building

To protect the next guest, the following fees may apply based on actual costs:

  • Smoking indoors: Deodorizing & cleaning fee
  • Damaged items or equipment: Repair or replacement cost
  • Severely stained bedding or sofa: Cleaning or replacement fee
  • Lost keys / key cards: Replacement fee
  • Late check-out: Charged per time period
Tip: If something is accidentally broken or damaged, please inform us immediately. We can usually resolve it at the lowest possible cost.
