台商簡廷在盼建立台商參與一帶一路平台

中評社台北5月27日電(記者 趙家麟)大陸全國台聯十周年慶,台商參與“一帶一路”成了焦點之一。出身台南的珠海台商會常務副會長兼金灣區高南分會會長簡廷在台南接受中評社訪問表示,期待大陸中央與台商協會組織可以打造一個台商參與“一帶一路”的平台,讓台商有機會適時得到相關資訊、參與計劃與執行。

簡廷在的珠海豪門雕塑開發公司,今年3月在浙江舉行的第六屆中國旅遊投資艾蒂亞頒獎典禮中,榮獲旅遊投資服務機構獎;艾蒂亞獎被視國中國旅遊投資的奧斯卡獎,獲獎的都是投資方,簡廷在因承造上海迪士尼雕塑工程而獲獎,這也是該獎項歷年來,唯一獲獎的台商。

簡廷在是現任珠海台商會常務副會長兼金灣區高南分會會長,6月將接任澳門台商協會會長。該公司目前在大陸進行中的大型主題公園工程有十多個,其中包括長春電影廠委託的長影海南生態文化產業園區、北京環球影城等。

簡廷在日前返回台南並接中評社訪問表示,一直以來,國家的發展都是各個國家自立自強、各自打造自己的家園,但全球化的時代來臨,也影響了每個國家,中國大陸提出“一帶一路”,視野宏觀,引導國際絲綢之路,以前所未有的宏觀工程打造增進人類福祉的國際村,這是非常不簡單的大工程。

他說,美國是世界上的超級強國,長久以來也沒有過這種想法;世界上先進國家這麼多,也未見提出“一帶一路” 的概念、思維。其宏觀格局,對人類是好事,對拉動各國的經濟發展,也是好事。

當然,面對浩大的基礎建設工程,對於“一帶一路”沿線發展相對落後的國家而言,的確是有壓力的,但壓力不是被迫加入,而是為恐因為資源不足而錯失了共同發展的機會。

所謂“立大而成大、立小而成小,不立即成廢物。”簡廷在強調,只要有做,一定會有成果,“一帶一路”是中、遠期的計劃,未來未全部都能達到百分百的目標,但即使是60%,也是會有很收穫的,如果落隊,也會錯失國家發展的契機。

對於大陸國台辦主任張志軍日前出席台企聯成立十周年慶祝大會的講話中,歡迎台商加入一帶一路;國台辦也在25日的新聞發布會中表達歡迎台灣工商界以適當的方式來參與“一帶一路”建設。簡廷在盛讚這是好的開始。他說,“一帶一路”中國有其條件提出倡議,相關國家已開始跟著一起走,日前,29個國家元首齊聚一堂召開高峰論壇,也非常成功。台灣幅員與經濟規模都小,沒有主導倡議的能力,但至少要跟上時代,尤其是相關工程的商機要及時把握,“如果因為政治意識型態,導致不參與國際絲綢之路,這是很可惜的。”

簡廷在建議,大陸中央、國台辦等部門,應儘速與台商協會組織共同打造建立一個台商參與“一帶一路”的平台。在這個平台上,讓台商有機會參與相關工程、期前計劃、高峰論壇,了解“一帶一路”要推動執行的項目與期程,及時得到相關資訊。

“簡單的說,就是大陸推‘一帶一路’要記得算台商一份!”規劃、開會、考察、執行,都能給台商參與的機會。如此,台商對“一帶一路”的相關資訊才有敏感度,這麼做,不但可以為台商帶來商機,也可以將台商的經驗、技術貢獻於“一帶一路”,對兩岸的交流也是好事。

他說,台商西進大陸發展已經快30年了,大陸市場發展快速,也培育了許多大陸在地的同行,迄今在內需市場上形成競爭態勢,部分台商的訂單減少、產生過剩的經營困境也是事實,有許多台商基於市場、原物料、勞工成本等因素考量,已經轉進東南亞國家發展。

簡廷在對中評社表示,其實,台灣蔡政府也在推新南向政策,也是中、遠期的計劃;在“一帶一路”的海上絲綢之路的沿線上,兩岸本來該有很大的合作互利空間,實在不應該受到意識型態而束縛了經濟的發展。

澳門台商聯誼會第四、五屆會長交接典禮,16號晚在萬豪軒酒店舉行。新任會長簡廷在從卸任會長阮南傑手中接下印信,由台北經濟文化辦事處主任盧長水監交。簡廷在接任會長後緻詞表示,澳門台商聯誼會要結合珠海、中山一帶的台商,以“立足澳門、跨入亞洲、走向世界”為理念,加深兩岸四地政府、社團單位、世界台商之間的經貿、文化、學術、教育、慈善公益等各個方面的密切合作。對內對外搭建良好的溝通橋樑,強化全球的網絡和聯繫。

澳門台商聯誼會成立於2009年7月25日,由林啟明先生擔任創會會長並連任第二屆會長。林會長在任期間,積極參與世界各地台商活動,為在澳門的台商臺鄉提供服務平臺。繼任的徐靜慧會長與阮南傑會長也熱心熱血,除了持續與各地台商會交流,更將服務的觸角深入到關懷社會公益及青年發展等事務,貢獻卓越,而新任的簡廷在會長,希望可以更多的帶動台灣的觀光產業,回饋自己的家鄉。

晚宴中同時也頒發了“海外優秀青年獎章”,該獎章為表揚海外華人青年的光榮事跡,頒予具有卓越成就的華人青年,本會徐靜慧榮譽會長常年不分海內外熱心公益,獲此殊榮實至名歸。

截止到2017年4月統計,在澳門工作的台灣人有1466位,以酒店餐飲及文娛博彩服務業居多,澳門台商聯誼會就是為澳門的台灣人舉辦聯誼活動,融入澳門社會,增進友誼,而台商也應看到粵港澳大灣區發展,期望未來臺澳企業家可以進一步融合,促進交流,共創輝煌。

亞洲澳門台商協會與珠海台商協會,結合邁向國際體壇平台,與世界足球明星一起響應、積極推動、幫助偏鄉弱勢孩子們的助學活動,成效令人敬佩。

6月24日,亞洲澳門台商協會,珠海台商協會,在河北石家莊舉辦2017格林威治足球全明星賽「 緣善公益」義賣活動,現場在二會台商會長,豪門國際開發公司 簡廷在 會長帶領下,參與台商踴躍義買,展現台商不分地域,無分族群的愛心。

在受助學生上台現身致謝詞時表示:「在我尚小時,卻因為老天爺跟我開一個永遠無法彌補的玩笑∼維持全家家計的父親,因為一場突然的車禍,被上天给带走了!一時全家陷入困境,我也因此無法再上學,而必須出去尋求生計。

後來因逢「缘善公益」給予捐助,讓我再有上學的機會,在此、藉此機會感謝捐助过我的叔叔伯伯及各位遠道而來的歐洲、南美州的足球明星們,因為有您們的愛心,讓我們看到未來,重新點燃對生命的希望!
