預鑄規劃從3D開始 Precasting planning starts from 3D

預鑄規劃，從3D結構體建模，再到3D外牆組裝設計，統一模組性系統，室內結合了 REVIT 再將細部管路尺寸，位置統一模擬後，將該3D分件模組給予相關單位的廠商作業，並將設定每個分件管理的工程人員確認每個產品在各部工廠生產無礙。

GRC & GMRC 預鑄建材差異

普通的GRC是混凝土完成後，表面噴石頭漆，是利用玻璃纖維毯加上水泥攪拌後手工輾壓密實後完成，但是新的GRC是用礦石添加天然黏著劑再加上拉絲玻璃纖維經過機器高速噴灑成型，優點在於線條的細緻度較高就像是刀子切過一樣，另外一方面韌度也比較高，不容易斷裂，再來更好是表面處理基本上只要小美容就可。

After the concrete is finished, the ordinary GRC is sprayed with stone paint on the surface, which is completed by manually rolling and compacting after mixing with glass fiber blanket and concrete. However, the new GRC is formed by adding natural adhesive with ore and drawing glass fiber through high-speed coating by machine. The advantage is that the wire strip has high fineness, just like cutting with a knife. On the other hand, it has high toughness, It’s not easy to break. What’s better is surface treatment. Basically, it only needs tiny maintenance

UHPC 台南預鑄工廠

去年碰到人類第六次大滅絕，在疫情嚴峻情況所有台灣的幹部無法順利返回工廠，因此在台南的基地設置了第三間工廠，也在台北成立了新的公司，終於都正常上了軌道，設備也持續增加中，案場也順利交貨中，未來台南擁有兩間工廠服務於大家，無論是 GRP、GRC、GMRC、UHPC、GRG 預鑄工程營造及材料我們將採垂直整合工程管理，同時也包含預鑄設計再到申請建築執照與營造等整合服務。

彩繪人生簡廷在的浮雕為建築添美學

台商簡廷在鮭魚返鄉，盼藉由雕塑建築專長，再引進國外推展觀光作法，讓台灣發展為國際觀光之都。（記者林雪娟攝）

到香港、上海迪士尼樂園玩，看到夢幻美麗造型的城堡建築雕花裝飾，第一件事，是否就是拍好、拍滿？你可知道，這些美麗的浮雕，可是台灣之光！豪門文化科技創意股份有限公司董事長簡廷在，海外事業有成後，鮭魚返鄉生根，除進入房地產業，也計畫開設工作坊，傳承建築文化藝術。　簡廷在原從事浮雕匾額工作，因緣際會，和建築業合作，在房屋上穿上漂亮的歐式新衣，獲得極高評價，他開始學習房屋結構、力學等，開啟他踏入建築雕飾之路。台南的代表作，如位於南區健康路上的國妃鷹堡汽車旅館的城堡式建築，隨後包括花蓮海洋公園、奇美博物館、衛武營國家音樂廳等，都可一窺豪門身影。　豪門除永康公司，也進軍大陸設廠，作品博得外商公司肯定，除香港、上海迪士尼外，美國加州、香港海洋公園後期工程，亦可見其足跡；除遊樂園外，新加坡環球影城、澳門威尼斯人內，都可見其作品，堪稱另類的台灣之光。
在大陸廣東珠海打拚四分之一世紀的簡廷在，從設計建築、雕刻起家，也跨足建材自動化量產，歷任澳門台商聯誼會會長、亞洲台灣商會聯合總會副總會長，如今鮭魚再度返鄉，先踏足房地產業，在安平融入新創、科技、工藝、藝術及國際循環經濟、材料應用等，希望透過文化藝術建築，增添城市藝術新色彩！
簡廷在表示，許多雕塑品用沙、石所堆疊，再運用現代技術，讓材質日後可以回收再利用，也因為在澳門見多識廣，簡廷在認為台灣有極佳條件如澳門般，轉為服務業為主，發展觀光產業，成為國際旅遊城市。
原先返台，希望引進迪士尼般商店的經營模式，套用在台灣；簡廷在說，他並非要在台灣開樂園，而是運用樂園經營商場模式，透過瑰麗的建築藝術、創造城市旅遊的美麗街景，引領台灣新的城市景觀和旅遊風景。
不過土地並不好找，豪門先在安平札哈木公園附近興建第一期的「豪門墅富」透天厝，接下來興建華廈，近期並計劃在新營地區尋覓地點，希望開設工作坊，傳承建築工藝。
