感覺如何呢?

以前的3D模擬跟實際蓋完成後是否幾乎是相同的呢，預鑄製造的好處，就是在工廠直接雕刻，透過3D檔案給予電腦自動化生產，基本上尺寸相符，電腦畫出來，結構也計算好，皆可1比1實際展現無遺

The advantage of precasting manufacturing is that it can be carved directly in the factory and produced automatically by computer through 3D files. Basically, the size is consistent, the structure is drawn by computer and the structure is well calculated, which can be actual builded 1:1

全3D龍的吉祥雕塑

自古以來龍在中國就是吉祥物，但是到了歐美洲就把龍描繪出邪惡產物，有老師說需要在某個位置設計一隻龍，也要有能夠有噴泉作用，龍還有噴泉感覺就是特別讓我想到”尚氣”這一部電影，所以我們參考了這一部漫威電影的龍造型，加以利用3D描繪Zbrush雕刻出來，再給到工廠直接3D6軸雕刻出來，會有栩栩如生的感覺嗎?

3D製圖後，直接送到雕刻廠完成，接著就是製作 GRC或是GRP更或是GRG等等 3D能夠劃出多細緻就做出來多細緻

GRC & GMRC 預鑄建材差異

普通的GRC是混凝土完成後，表面噴石頭漆，是利用玻璃纖維毯加上水泥攪拌後手工輾壓密實後完成，但是新的GRC是用礦石添加天然黏著劑再加上拉絲玻璃纖維經過機器高速噴灑成型，優點在於線條的細緻度較高就像是刀子切過一樣，另外一方面韌度也比較高，不容易斷裂，再來更好是表面處理基本上只要小美容就可。

After the concrete is finished, the ordinary GRC is sprayed with stone paint on the surface, which is completed by manually rolling and compacting after mixing with glass fiber blanket and concrete. However, the new GRC is formed by adding natural adhesive with ore and drawing glass fiber through high-speed coating by machine. The advantage is that the wire strip has high fineness, just like cutting with a knife. On the other hand, it has high toughness, It’s not easy to break. What’s better is surface treatment. Basically, it only needs tiny maintenance

看起來像混凝土現場灌漿，實際上利用GRC做成本色，再後加工噴塗，事實上在工廠也可以直接上色，但許多人擔心安裝時候會損害到產品的表面或是接觸面，因此都會選擇後加工現場再噴塗，事實上這樣的工序不會比在工廠上色的完整性還要高

去年碰到人類第六次大滅絕，在疫情嚴峻情況所有台灣的幹部無法順利返回工廠，因此在台南的基地設置了第三間工廠，也在台北成立了新的公司，終於都正常上了軌道，設備也持續增加中，案場也順利交貨中，未來台南擁有兩間工廠服務於大家，無論是 GRP、GRC、GMRC、UHPC、GRG 預鑄工程營造及材料我們將採垂直整合工程管理，同時也包含預鑄設計再到申請建築執照與營造等整合服務。
